How will absence of any of the cell organelle affect the cell's working?

every cell organelles are important for the proper functioning of cell..

if nucleus is absent there is no organelle which guide the cell

if lysosomes are absent the waste toxic products are not destroyed

if chloroplast are absent (in plants) photosynthesis process doesn't takes place and the energy is not realeased

if ER is absent there is no produce of proteins

if Golgi complex is absent there is no transport of products
