He will be not able to live or feel anything because he doesn’t have a nervous system. He will be not able to take decisions about what to do and what not.Without nervous system it’s like a car without engine.

Answer:  The enteric nervous system have a great influence in all the digestive processes that takes place in the gastrointestinal tract. The motility and the transportation of ions which is associated with the secretion, absorption and blood flow in the gastrointestinal tract is controlled by the enteric nervous system of the body. The digestive system is established with a local nervous system called as the enteric nervous system.

If there will be no enteric nervous system then there will we would not recognize any sensory effect related to the gastrointestinal tract.
