Molar mass of ethanol can be calculated as following- (MM means molar mass)
MM of C * 2 + MM of H *5 + MM of O + MM of H
(12*2)+(1*5)+(16)+(1)
24+5+16+1
46 g
Now,
Since, in 46g of C2H5OH -->6 H atoms are present
So, in 2.3 g of C2H5OH --> 6*2.3/46 = 0.3 H atoms

the answer is

46u

carbon = 12

hydrogen =1

oxygen = 16

12×2+1×5+16+1

=46u

hope it works for you guys
