In the current situation , global warming and other problems that arise as a result of human activities have led to the depletion of water as a resource .

When it reaches the year 2030 there shall be very low levels of water , therefore , most of the available water shall be used on agriculture especially on irrigation .

This because people will need to have food and the output related to rain shall be very low, this will call for the implementation of other substitutes  like using the sea water.
