how will pressure of an object if the area is doubled

We know that area is inversely proportional to area. So, if area is doubled then pressure will reduce
by half

Formula : Pressure = Force / Area

Initially, P = F/A
When area is doubled, P' = F/2A = 1/2P

∴Pressure is halved.
