How will pressure vary if :
(a) force is doubled while keeping the area constant?
(b) force and area both tripled?
(c) force is constant , area is tripled?

=2F/A

P=2P times ( pressure doubled)

b. P=F/A

= 3F/3A

P= 1P times (pressure remains the same)

c. P=F/A

= F/3A

P= 1/3Ptimes (pressure becomes one-third)
