How will separate a mixture of sand,salt and ammonium chloride ? describe the process in steps .

hello dear friend !!!!

• First heat it in a closed beaker and collect the vapours through a delivery tube in a jar. Ammonium chloride sublimes and then the vapours condense to give solid ammonium chloride in the jar. Thus one of the constituents is separated.

• Now, add water in the beaker. The salt will dissolve. Pass the solution through a filter paper into another beaker. The salt solution passes in and the sand is collected on the filter paper.

• Now heat the salt solution. The water will evaporate leaving behind the salt as residue.
• do the same with sand  

Thus all the constituents of the mixture are separated.
