how will the momentum of a body changes if its K.E is doubled

there is just no change in momentum just v²
Because..... K. E=1/2mv²
if we double it then.... it will become mv²
and momentum(p)
mv
then there is only square in velocity.... and no major change...

Momentum is directly proportional to velocity. If themomentum of an object isdoubled, but its mass does not increase (so velocity remains well below the speed of light), then itsvelocity is doubled. If the velocity is doubled then the kinetic energyincreases by the square of 2, or four time.
