when it will be electrolytes NACL will break and form CL2 at anode and NA will react with H2O and form NAOH near cathode and will form H2 at cathode

Hey !!

Aqueous solution of brine contains Na⁺ , Cl⁻ , H⁺ and OH⁻

2H⁺ + 2e⁻ -----> H₂ (At Cathode)

2Cl⁻ -----> Cl₂ + 2e⁻ (At anode)

The remanining solution contains NaOH, which is a base, therefore pH will increase.

Good luck !!
