How will u distinguish between maltose and sucrose?

That means,

MALTOSE = ∝ - D GLUCOSE + ∝ - D GLUCOSE

Whereas,

Sucrose is a disaccharide made from ∝ - D glucose and β - D fructose.

That means,

SUCROSE =∝ - D GLUCOSE + β - D FRUCTOSE
