Maintaining and keeping our surroundings clean is a great civic duty and vital where ever we go.
This may be the picnic, field visit or any other trip.
In field visit, we become busy enjoying ourselves and ignoring and forgetting about the cleanliness of the environment.
So while going for a trip, we should carry some litter covers or garbage bag and dispose them into a litter bin.
We can also avoid Plastic garbage bag by using jute, cloth or paper bags.
Carrying and drinking from personal water bottles instead of plastic water bottles.
If there are no litter bins near the spot, then it should be carried to home and disposed into in-house recycle bin.
Domestic litter bins are serviced at different frequencies depending based on their location and the time of the year.
Some have daily service facility.
Municipal Bodies must make sure that public land and highways under their control are kept free from litter and refuse.
