Social pressures may result from friends or even family relationships and they  have a lot of impact on academic work or work perfomance. As a result to this pressures these are remedies that can be put in place to adapt the post-school Social routine.

  1. Planning - Having a well scheduled plan on how you will tackle your day. By proper planning you will be able to have enough time for your work, your friends and even your family.
  2. Organizing - One is supposed to oganize or prepare a time table on how,when and where a certain event will take place and as a result you will be able to cope with social pressures that may hinder your job or academic perfomance.
