Post- school social routine should be adapted in such a way so as to reduce the impact of social pressure on our academic or work performance.

1. Time management: It is important to manage one's time to make sure that equal time is given to both studies and other activities.

2. Avoiding negative people: It is wise to make friends who motivate us and maintains a healthy competition without letting us feel the peer pressure.

3. Avoiding unecessary gossips with unwanted people: Since they lower our self confidence and creates a pressure on us by comparing our achievements with that of others.
