Chlorobenzene reacts with nitric acid in the presence of sulphuric acid that gives chloronitrobenzene.

Chlorobenzene is colourless and flammable liquid with the chemical formula C₆H₅Cl. It is an aromatic organic compound.

It is used to manufacture other chemical.
