Refers to the attachment for the answer.

When Bromobenzene Reacts with the Magnesium in the presence of the Dry Ethers, they will form,  Magnesium Bromo Benzene.

When this Product formed will reacts with the Water and Ethanol, they will form Girnard Reagent and 1 -Phenyl Ethanol.

Reaction will be,

C₆H₅Br + Mg ----------- C₆H₅MgBr

When this compound formed reacts with the Acetaldehyde, they will form, 1 -Phenyl Ethanol.

C₆H₅MgBr  + H₂O + CH₃CHO ------- C₆H₅CH₃CHOH

Diagramtical Representatioon is shown in attachments.

The Bromobenzene is the main compound that will have a benzene ring along with a Br element on one carbon.

React in the presence of dry ether or Mg to obtain Benzene ring to the MgBr.

Then, take it in the presence of CH3CHO and H2O to get 1-Phenylethanol that will be a Benzene ring that will have CHOHCH3.
