"i) In water molecule, the "central oxygen" atom is "sp2 hybridised" and surrounded by two lone pair of electrons. This lone pairs distort the geometry of water molecule. Moreover, the lone pairs repels the bond pair electrons which gives rise to V-shaped or bent shaped structure to water molecule with an angle of 109.5˚ to 104.5 ˚

ii) The structure of ${ H }_{ 2 }{ O }_{ 2 }$ is in 180˚ plane or linear or like open book. The oxygen atoms lie as the spine of the book and hydrogen atoms placed on the each cover. The bond angle of O-H is 101.5˚ with the O-O bond.  The bond between O-O is peroxide linkage."
