A very easy solution is to take a sample of colourless liquid and put on stove if it starts boiling exactly at 100 ºC then it is pure water. Any other colourless liquid such as vinegar always have different boiling point.

we boil the water at exact 100 degree celcius if it does not show any color then we can say its pure water if it would be any other liquid it would not be boil at 100 degree celcius temperature bcoz all liquids have different boiling points
