Connect the 2 ohms + 3 ohms resistance in series.,
So, the total series resultant = 5 ohms
Now, Connect the these 5 ohms resistance to other 5 ohms resistance in parallel,
So, 1 / R = 1 / R1 + 1 / R2
1 / R = 1 / 5 + 1 / 5
1 / R = 2 / 5
R = 5 / 2
R = 2.5 ohms
