Explanation :

There are two steps involved in this conversion :

Step 1 : On heating benzoic acid react with ammonia to give benzamide as a product.

Step 2 : Follow Hoffman's bromamide reaction.

Now benzamide react with the bromine/potassium hydroxide to give aniline as a product by the Hoffman's bromamide reaction.
