hey mate, here's your answer.
To cultivate good habit it's very necessary that we keep ourselves away from anger and anxiety . Both these terms are interrelated . if we are not able to control our anger, we can't cooperate with our daily life. And slowly but gradually our good habits seems to convert into bad habits and we are seen as the disobedients. So in order to control our anger we have to gradually learn to tackle situations and tolerate the worse situations.
