When we take cool water from the refrigerator, we find some water droplets on the vessel in which the water is kept. The formation of these droplets is due to the presence of water vapour in the air(the water vapour condenses on the vessel of cool water).

take a transparent glass fill it with ice or ice cold water than put it anywhere where air is easily available definitely not in vaccum. you will see water droplets on its outer surface.
