While a luminous flame burns yellow, a non-luminous flame burns blue; this is because of the difference in available levels of oxygen. Luminous flames have limited access to oxygen, while non-luminous flames have unlimited access to oxygen.

Hope it helps u ☺️☺️

LUMINOUS FLAME :

Yellow flame is also called as Luminous flame. As incomplete combustion takes place in this zone, this occurs when the availability of oxygen is very less.

NON-LUMINOUS FLAME:

A blue flame is also called as non luminous flame. As complete combustion takes place in this zone , thus emitting very little light.
