answer.11 Punjab and haryana grow food grains because the northern wind is very good for the crops it is hot. because the southern areas are near coastal areas and the wind is very cold which is not suitable for the crops and the second reason is many people in Punjab and haryana suffer poverty the only helping hand is agriculture
