2. if the person was baby and lost his eyes we can explain by saying about a toy which he used to play and is in red color and he may remember that color
3. if that person is by birth blind then we can't explain about color because input in his brain donot take colours because he never noticed a input of image so we can't explain him color but we can explain about that word (red) is used to show a colour
