Seasonal Unemployment:

  • Getting employment only for the part of the year in certain sectors, like agriculture is called seasonal unemployment.

  • It is mostly found in agro-based industry.

  • It is found both in rural as well as urban areas.

  • There are certain busy seasons when sowing, harvesting, weaving and threshing is done.

Disguised Unemployment:

  • A situation wherein marginal productivity of labour is zero. It is not visible and found among wage earners, mostly in agriculture.
