1st Method.

Here , in the first method we can use the formula for finding the area of the parallelogram.

that is ,

Area of the parallelogram = base x height

here height means any perpendicular height ( means altitude).

2nd method :

we can find the area of the parallelogram by drawing a diagonal and diving it into 2 triangles.

so here as you are familiar about how to find the area of the triangle i.e. 1/2 x base x height

so you have find the area of two triangles respectively and add both areas to get the area of parallelogram.
