A solution is made by adding small amount of solute into large amount of water. in solution the particles of solute are smaller which can pass through filter paper.
If the reaction evolves heat then it is said to be exothermic reaction.in this case amount of heat is denoted by negative sign.
If the reaction absorbs heat then it is said to be endothermic reaction. In this case amount of heat is denoted by positive sign.
