When you enter a formula inside a table it will automatically fill the formula down the entire column. Even when a formula has already been entered and you add new data to the row directly below the table any existing formulas will automatically fill.

Step 1. You have selected the number of area for inserting table.

Step 2. Go to insert menu and click on table.

After creating table columns will automatically appear. If you want to rename the column name double right click and change the name.
