How will you join the resistors of resistances 3 Ω, 6 Ω and 8 Ω to get an equivalent resistance of 10 Ω?

Explanation:

3&6 in parallel to be first calculated.

Then add that answer u get to 8 ohm in series form

That is

1/Rp=1/3+1/6

1/Rp=1/2

Therfore Rp=2.

Now

Rs=Rp+8ohm

=10 ohm
