how will you justify that interparticle are present in matter ?

We can justify it by the sugar and water experiment. In which we will make the sugar solution saturated and then put more sugar in it.
OBSERVATION: The sugar is settled down because the interparticle spaces in the water are filled with sugar hence, we can conclude that there are some interparticle in the states of matter.
