egg cooking is a chemical change because after cooking the egg cannot reverse the cooked egg into to the uncooked ones and as we all know in chemical changes things cannot be reversed to its original state.

bread rising can be stated as chemical change because when bread gets spoilt we cannot reverse the original bread at any how conditions which is fresh and fluffy to eat .

turning of milk sour is stated to be a chemical changes because when after milk gets spoilt and it tastes us to be sour, at anyhow condition we cannot change the sour milk to its fresh state .
