How will you know whether a worker is working in the informal sector?

Worker in informal sector are not working under the government so they are outside the control of the government .

there are rules and regulation but these are not followed. jobs here are low paid and often not regular .

there is no provision for overtime ,paid leave ,holiday, leave due to sickness etc.

employment is not secure.
