how to make a electromagnet in laboratory??

Ans:- At first rub off the dirt or rust on the surface of the iron nail. Then wrap around the copper wire on the iron nail for 75-100 rounds. Connect the both ends of the wrapped copper wire with the positive and negative terminals of the battery. Then the iron nail will become an electromagnet.
