According to me, if I can't hear or I can't open that audio file I will surely delete it
cause it doesn't makes any sense keeping that audio file
rather it can also fill up ur storage with other interesting audios.

you should press CTRL+K, the timestamp will include the word “inaudible” (you can use it when you can’t hear anything because of the background noise), and CTRL+L will mark it as “unintelligible” if you don’t understand something because of the speaker’s accent or the way of speaking.
