If something can't be distinguished in an audio file it can be marked as [unintelligible]. While transcribing if you do not understand something because of the speaker's way of speaking or accent you can mark it as 'unintelligible'.

Answer :

The timestamp [unintelligible hh:mm:ss]  will be used to mark something that you can’t quite distinguish in the audio file. A timestamp should be timed within two seconds of the speaker's first utterance. In the transcript, the "hh:mm:ss" of the beginning of the unintelligible speech should be replaced with the timestamp [unintelligible hh:mm:ss].

Cambridge English Dictionary defines 'timestamp' as 'a record in printed or digital form that shows the time at which something happened or was done.'
