how will you obtain 3-bromo cyclohexene from cyclohexene​

The conversion of cyclohexene can be achieved in two steps.

First we can treat it with bromine water. Br2 will react with the double bond and forming 1,2-dibromo cyclohexane.

This step is called addition to double bond.

Next when we treat it with 1,2-dibromo cyclohexane with alcoholic KOH compound will go it elimination with removal of HBr giving us 3-bromo cyclohexene
