1) I. Click on the creat tab.

ii. Click on the table button.

iii. Double click on the column header to enter the name for the field.

iv. Press the enter key.

v. Click on the next column to select the Data type.

vi. A drop down list of data type appears.

select the data type.

vii. Now you can create more fields by reapting steps 6 and 7.
