How will you prepare a 10%solution of sugar

Dissolve 10 grams sugar in 80 ml water. After the sugar is completely dissolved, adjust the volume to 100 ml.
OR

10% sugar and 90% water by mass.

samRyjel: Why are we supposed to take 80 ml of water , can't we take 90ml..??
