by not wasting the water by using it for splashing on other

home:-

by closing the tap while brushing and we have to check all the time when we use tap that we should chech weather did we close the tap or it is still pouring

In school we should not play with the water also check the taps to be closed properly

At home don't keep the open if you are brushing your teeth.
Also don't wash your vehicles and floors with water. Mopping could also be done.
