to send an email follow the steps
1. click on compose to start a new email message
2.type the recipient email address
3. type in the subject of the email next to subject
4. click on the CC and BCC option. cc stands for carbon copy and BCC stands for blind carbon copy
5. type your message
6. click on the send button
to read an email follow the steps
1. to view a list of your e-mail click on inbox.
2. all the email will be displayed. with the unread mails displayed in bold
3. to open an email click on the line of the email

1: click on the computer tab in new window with black box appears
2: in the two box enter the email address of the person to warm the email has to be sent
3:if the message is to be delivered more than what person , enter their address in CC box prepared by a corner.
4: compose the message in the larger box and click on send button
