how will you separate a mixture containing chalk,iodine and sodium chloride?

The best way is to heat that mixture,it will give out iodine as purple fumes then NaCl and chalk powder will remain.Dissolve it into water then chalk powder will settle down and filter the rest,heat the solution to get NaCl.
