1. SUBLIMATION
Heat the mixture slowly in a China Dish and place a inverted funnel on the China Dish. After this, cover the top of funnel using cotton. Potassium Chloride (KCl) will sublimate and stick to the funnel.

2. FILTER THE SOLUTION
Filter the solution by first mixing it in water and then passing through filter paper. Sand will be left on filter paper. Then, evaporate the filtered water, and we will obtain solid Iodine.
