Heat the water to evaporate it from the sugar and they both will separated. According to physical change

To separate a mixture of sand, sugar and water we can do as follows :
a. Devastation of sand from this mixture will separate out the sand at the base of tank.
b. Then evaportion of left sugar solution will give you pure sugar as the residue after evaportion.
c. This evaportion will cause vapuors which then can be collected together and then can be condensed to form water.
