•dissolve impure salt in water.
•pass HCl gas in to it.
•due to common ion effect of NaCl/Cl-ionic product of NaCl exceeds its solubility product thus it precipitates out.impuritis in solution has high solubility product thus remains in solution.
•filter out the precipitated pure salt.
