It's symple...... The liquid containing chalk is poured in the filter paper shapes like a cone.... And fitted in a funnul!!

mixture of chalk powder and water can be separated very easily by using a filter paper.
◆ Firstly we know that chalk does not dissolve in water.
◆ Keep the mixture in a glass beaker and keep the filter paper in a glass funnel.
◆ Hold the funnel with a stand and keep another beaker under the sharp end of the funnel.
◆ Pass the mixture through the funnel.
◆ The chalk will be separated from water and will situate on the filter paper resting in the glass funnel.
◆ The water will be separated from chalk powder and will situate in the another beaker rested in the sharp end of the funnel.
◆ Now dry the wet chalk powder in sunlight.
