If two stainless steel bowls are stuck into each other there are number of things you can do to separate the two
If you place some ice cubes in the uper bowl only it will shrink in size due to decrease in temperature and will get un-stuck
If hot water is applied to only lower bowl it will increase in size just a little so that the bowls can be separated
Since it is not said in option B that water will only be in lower bowl so correct option is A.
