• i. We will first type a list of names.
• ii. Then we select a cell in the Name column or Name field.
• iii. Then we click on the Home tab and in the Editing group we click the Sort & Filter button. A drop list appears from which we will select and click on Sort Largest to Smallest button for the descending order. The same option can also be selected from the Sort & Filter group on the Data tab.
