because special organ is in limited stock nd it is enough to control the whole body so we don't have second brain...

brain controls most processes that take place in our bodies. for instance walking, eating talking and developing in most aspects. if the human being had no brain then talking could not be there. walking too could not be there. life could be so hard since things would be done recklessly without thinking of how they are done. no one could be in charge of the other animals and therefore could be suffering.
