Value of company can be calculated in many ways. Some of them are capital asset pricing method (CAPM), calculating enterprise value, dividend discount method etc. There are many accounting ratios which are used to calculate a company's intrinsic value using price earning ratio, book value per share, sales to price etc. All of these can be calculated but none of these is useful in isolation. There should be comparison with peer company or with industry to check its performance with others.
