How would cs doping affect the lattice parameters?

Hi , it depends on the size of doping element and your material. like , if you dope Nb in SrTio3 thin film, It shows that lattice parameter is increased in case of Nb doping in SrTiO3 . because , Size of ionic radius of Nb(5+) is 78 pm which is bigger than the ionic radius of Ti(4+) . so , If Nb is doped in SrTiO3 , Nb will substitute Ti , as a result , lattice parameter will increase .
